We want you to love what you order. If something isn't right, here is exactly how returns and exchanges work at La Rose Aroma.
Return window
You have 14 days from the date your order is delivered to request a return or exchange. Requests made after 14 days can't be accepted.
Condition of returned items
Fragrance is a personal-care product, so items must be returned unopened, unused and in their original sealed packaging, with all boxes, cellophane and inserts intact. Once a seal is broken or a bottle has been sprayed, we are no longer able to accept it back.
The following are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Testers, samples and discovery sets
- Opened incense, bakhoor and home fragrance products
- Items marked as clearance or final sale at the time of purchase
- Gift cards
Exchanges
Exchanges follow the same 14-day window and condition rules, and are subject to availability. If the item you want is out of stock, we will issue a refund instead.
Damaged, faulty or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or is not what you ordered, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos of the item and its packaging. We will arrange a replacement or a full refund, including shipping, at no cost to you.
Return shipping
Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the item arrived damaged, faulty or incorrect. Original shipping charges are non-refundable. We recommend using a tracked service, as we can't be responsible for returns lost in transit.
Refunds
Once your return reaches us and passes inspection, we will issue your refund to the original payment method within 5–7 business days. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take a few extra days to appear on your statement.
How to start a return
Send us a message through our contact page with your order number and a short note about what you would like to return or exchange. We will reply with return instructions and the address to send your item to. Please don't ship anything back before you hear from us — unannounced returns can't be processed.
